• How do I find out about how many CEA credits I received from the conference?  Answer: CEA is not part of SCOPE and SCOPE is not part of CEAO.  CEAO is like a professional organization that you can join if you want, like National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, American School Counselor Association, History Teachers Association, etc.
• How do I file a grievance?  Log onto the ohgrievance system at https://ohgrievance.my.site.com/Union/SiteLogin and if you have never used it, select new user and fill in your information.
• What constitutes writing a grievance?  If the contract has been violated, then you should file a grievance.
