All SCOPE general election candidacy\/nomination forms and biographical forms must be mailed to the following address:<\/p>\n<p>SCOPE Elections Committee<br \/>\nPO Box 305<br \/>\nHayesville, OH 44838<\/p>\n<p>All candidacy\/nomination forms and biographical forms must be postmarked by\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit\">April 24, 2019<\/strong>. Ballots will be sent back out to you on May 12th, 2019, and will be required to be returned postmarked by May 22, 2019.
