All SCOPE general election candidacy\/nomination forms and biographical forms must be mailed to the following address:<\/p>\n<p>SCOPE Elections Committee<br \/>\nPO Box 305<br \/>\nHayesville, OH 44838<\/p>\n<p>All candidacy\/nomination forms and biographical forms must be postmarked by\u00a0<strong>April 30, 2021<\/strong>. Ballots will be sent back out to you on May 15th, 2021, and will be required to be returned postmarked by May 29, 2021.
