ELECTIONS DEADLINE NOTICE APRIL 30, 2022<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Candidacy forms are now available for the upcoming SCOPE general election. All SCOPE general election candidacy\/nomination forms and biographical forms must be mailed to the following address:<\/p>\n

\nHayesville, OH 44838<\/p>\n

All candidacy\/nomination forms and biographical forms must be postmarked by\u00a0April 30, 2022<\/strong>. Ballots will be sent back out to you on May 16th, 2022, and will be required to be returned postmarked by May 29, 2021. Ballots will be counted on June 6, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Location of the ballot-count is to be determined.<\/p>\n

Below are the positions up for consideration: Click on the Position for the appropriate nomination form.<\/p>\n

Officers:
\nVice President<\/a> (2 -year term)<\/p>\n

Treasurer<\/a> (2 – year term)<\/p>\n

Department Representatives (All use the same form)<\/a> – 2 year term. Below are the listed available seats.<\/p>\n

DRC – 5 seats<\/p>\n

DYS – 1 seat<\/p>\n

Deaf School – 1 seat<\/p>\n

Blind School – 1 seat<\/p>\n

State Library\/Misc Agencies (AG, BWC, MH) – 1 Seat<\/p>\n

Constitution and By-Laws \u2013 Changes to be approved at the April 21st Executive Board Meeting<\/p>\n

2023 NEA Representative Assembly<\/a> – Orlando, FL\u2013 3 Delegates (subject to change based on membership numbers; 1-year term)<\/p>\n
